2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use Hurrah. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are also responsible for ensuring that any contacts you add have consented to being contacted by the service.

3. How the service works

By adding a contact, you confirm that you have a legitimate personal relationship with them and that you reasonably believe they would not object to being contacted by Hurrah on your behalf.

6. Future paid features

The core service is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do, we will notify active users in advance. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

7. Stopping the service

To stop using Hurrah at any time:

Reply STOP to any message from Hurrah. This will immediately delete all data we hold about you and remove you from the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hurrah after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
