You must be 13 years of age or older to use Hurrah. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are also responsible for ensuring that any contacts you add have consented to being contacted by the service.
By adding a contact, you confirm that you have a legitimate personal relationship with them and that you reasonably believe they would not object to being contacted by Hurrah on your behalf.

Hurrah is a personal project provided free of charge. While we do our best to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
We are not liable for any missed birthdays, failed messages, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service.
The core service is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do, we will notify active users in advance. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
To stop using Hurrah at any time:
Reply STOP to any message from Hurrah. This will immediately delete all data we hold about you and remove you from the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hurrah after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
